I am also a licensed realtor with Supra and Showingtime access. I do not practice real estate in any other aspect and only utilize these tools to keep schedules on track and to prevent delaying of closings.

General Floor Plan Services
We also offer general floor plan services for real estate agents. This is advantageous in helping potential buyers with visualizing the layout of the home before seeing it in person. This is particularly beneficial for out-of-town buyers who may not be able to visit the property. Floor plans generally take 24 hours to generate and cost $115.
